If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

You have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

You have notified us within 3 days of receiving the order.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note: Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items purchased during Sale or Clearance periods.

Custom-made, altered, or personalized garments.

Accessories (if any).
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Email us at support@cholkiindia.com within 3 days of delivery.

Mention your order number, product details, and the reason for return/exchange.

Attach relevant photos (in case of damage or defect).

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
4. Pickup & Reverse Shipping

Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your address.

Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.

In some cases, customers may be asked to ship the item to our warehouse manually (we will reimburse standard courier charges if the return is approved).
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges, COD fees, or promotional discounts are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued as per your preference.
7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
