  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking details.

  • Custom or made-to-order products may require additional time. Any delay will be communicated to you in advance.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping within India on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below this amount or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries to metro cities are usually faster, while remote areas may take a few extra days.

  • Please note: During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays), deliveries may take slightly longer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or message with your tracking number and courier details.
You can use this information to track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, Cholki India Pvt. Ltd. ships within India only.

  • For international orders, please contact us at support@cholkiindia.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a custom shipping quote and process.

6. Order Delays or Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our support team at support@cholkiindia.com with your order number.
Our team will promptly assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

7. Address Details

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Cholki India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
